Alyssa Ward

Alyssa Ward, MA, Multisystemic Therapist Supervisor

Alyssa graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.S. in Psychology. She later graduated from University of Denver with an MA in Forensic Psychology. She has previous experience working with adult and juvenile offenders. She joined the Four Feathers team in 2021 as an MST therapist and has learned to support children and families who interact with the criminal justice system. She currently serves as the Multisystemic Therapist Supervisor.

April Campbell

April Campbell, LSW, Individual/Family Therapist

Hello! I’m April Campbell, licensed social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find their path to emotional well-being. I have over 11 years of experience as a caseworker and school social worker in Florida and as an individual/family therapist here in Colorado. I have a bachelor’s and a master’s degrees from Saint Leo University. Currently, I am pursuing my license in clinical social work.

I’m dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma. My years working as a school social worker and interning at an alternative school have given me the expertise in working with adolescents, helping them navigate the challenges of adolescence, such as peer pressure, identity development, and academic stress.

Ashley Ganatta

Ashley Ganatta, MA, Family Preservation Therapist

Ashley graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology, and from Argosy University with a Master's of Arts degree in forensic psychology in 2006. Ashley has been working with children and families since 2003 in multiple capacities. She specializes in working with youth who have multisystem involvement, especially probation issues. She facilitated the wraparound model for 10 years in three different locations and is trained in solution focused brief therapy. Ashley particularly enjoys working with complicated families who have many other providers involved. Ashley is an informed supervisor and has worked with both victims and perpetrators of violence. Ashley enjoys using a combination of modeling and real life discussions to help families and individuals get to a place where they are able to make progress and begin to make their lives better. She has facilitated group therapy, does life skills parenting & adolescent, mentoring, family preservation and completes intake assessments. She enjoys traveling, is married, has two sons, and is dedicated to supporting others to meet their personal goals.

Belinda Wallace

Belinda Wallace, Life Skills Mentor, Visitation Supervisor

Belinda works to bridge the gap between institutional life and real-world living. She educates young men on parole how to live independently, teaching life skills, budgeting, interviewing skills, and community interaction. She serves as a role model aiding in a trying transformation.

    Connie Supernault, Billing/Credentialing Manager

    Connie Supernault, Billing/Credentialing Manager

    Connie has been the billing and credentialing manager at Four Feathers Counseling since 2011. She handles verifying client benefits, obtaining proper authorizations for services needed and procurement of funds from various funding sources. She also ensures all staff is properly qualified and credentialed with those funding sources. She has enjoyed her role in the Four Feathers family over the years enabling the therapists to focus on their clients’ needs.

    Eric Estrada, LS, FMP, Life Skills Mentor

    Eric Estrada, LS, FMP, Life Skills Mentor

    With over 17 years’ experience, Eric has worked with children and youth in and out of foster care faced with behavioral issues with emphasis in gang affiliation. He has experience working with adults (mothers and fathers) that struggle with drug and alcohol addiction and domestic violence encompassing life skills and parenting skills. He educates families on becoming a whole, providing treatment in the home or nature to incorporate the most comfortable environment to conduct healthy treatment. Demonstrating and educating, Eric assist families in embracing the meaning and importance in the culture of family. Eric actively participates and assists with the Native American community issues in collaboration with the Department of Human Services and the Four Feathers Counseling staff. Eric is currently co-facilitating a variety of groups to include women's empowerment and domestic violence groups.

    Grace Lopez, MS, MST Therapist

    Grace graduated from American InterContinental University in 2018 with a Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice. She then went on to complete her Masters of Criminal Justice with a specialization in Law Enforcement in 2020. After achieving her Master's Degree, Grace began working for the Department of Human Services in the ongoing general unit. During her time there, she worked with families of varying cultures, backgrounds, needs, and varying involvements in the systems. Grace worked for the Department for two years before accepting her role as a Multi-Systemic Therapy Therapist through Four Feathers. Grace accepted this position in October of 2022. Since then, Grace has held multiple cases with great success and continues to utilize different approaches throughout her treatments with families.

    Mike Snider

    Mike Snider, MS, Therapist

    I received a masters degree in marriage and family therapy in 2008. I have over 15 years experience in drug and alcohol counseling. I have been with Four Feathers for over 6 years doing mental health therapy. I enjoy working with couples as my specialty, although I work with adults in many areas. I am trained in EMDR and have a spiritual component to my counseling for clients who desire that.

    Nerisa Yates, brings five years of corporate accounting experience and 13 years of small business/personal accounting experience to the Four Feathers team. Nerisa is responsible for the daily accounting functions as well as contributing to the company’s vision, goal setting and growth from a financial point of view. Nerisa has enjoyed working with a dedicated team of professionals that puts their clients first and foremost. She strives to keep Four Feathers financially fit and looks forward to helping us continue to excel in our service to the people in our communities.

    In her former life, Ms. Renee had a career as an elementary school teacher, a foster parent and has worked with developmentally disabled adults. She is a wife, mother, and Nana. Today, she is the corner stone that keeps the inter-operations running smoothly at Four Feathers. Ms. Renee keeps our files in order and is a key player during company audits.

    Shawn Daugherty, BS, Family Preservation Specialist

    Shawn Daugherty, BS, Family Preservation Specialist

    Hey my name is Shawn Daugherty and I have worked in the mental health/social service field for around 15 years. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology and have extensive experience and knowledge in multiple areas including work with sexual offenders, clients with substance abuse, clients needing social and life skills, clients with a history of multiple kinds of abuse, both with victims as well as perpetrators. I am also an informed supervisor for clients who needs this type of supervision. I have worked with the Department of Youth Corrections as a tracker, mentor, and family preservation worker. I have worked extensively in foster homes as a foster care behavioral coach, both supporting the youths as well as the foster home adult leaders. I have worked with many counties with DHS doing family preservation, life skills/parenting, mentoring, have contracted through an agency with District 20 in Colorado Springs mentoring children who have struggled in the school/home setting, and have done supervised visitations. I work both with the parental figures in any case as well as the with the youth. I use a unique approach of doing mentoring or any role while using a therapeutic approach mixed with having a good working relationship with the client(s) that has been extremely effective. I love assisting people in this field and look forward to continuing to joining with others in making a positive difference in other’s lives.

    Over 20 years experience providing brief, solution focused and multisystemic based individual, marriage and family counseling by integrating CBT, DBT, EMDR, TFCBT, HBLU, Neurofeedback and other techniques specific to clients needs. For the past ten years, clients have included mental health professionals seeking personal growth in their careers by applying "TIMAR for Professionals." Counseling provides an opportunity to openly talk about our thoughts and feelings in a safe environment, together we can discuss issues or concerns such as individual growth, anxiety and depression. As well as stress management, sexual orientation, and grief and loss counseling.
